1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Datorium.AI is provided by SIA “Riga International Tuition Centre”, registration number 40103978328, Brīvības gatve 204B, Riga, LV-1039, Latvia (“Datorium”, “we”). Contact: hello@datorium.eu.

These terms apply when you create an account or use Datorium.AI. Where a school, municipality or other organisation has signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence for its users. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must be an adult to create an account under these terms. Pupils use Datorium.AI only when a teacher or school provides it to them, and the teacher or school is responsible for that use.

Keep your sign-in details secure and the information in your account accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

Our plans, their prices and what each includes are shown on our Pricing page when you buy. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; your subscription then ends at the end of the period already paid for. Credits included in a plan do not carry over to the next period.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days by writing to hello@datorium.eu.

5. Your content and personal data

You keep all rights in the content you create or upload. You allow us to store and process it to operate and provide Datorium.AI.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not include personal data about yourself or anyone else, such as names, contact details or information about pupils, in the prompts, materials or documents you create or upload.

When you use Datorium.AI with pupils, the school, or you for the school, is the controller of the pupils’ personal data, and Datorium processes it as processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms for that processing.

6. AI-generated content

Materials are generated with AI and may contain mistakes. Review them before you use them with pupils. You may use the materials you generate for your teaching.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Datorium.AI to break the law, to infringe other people’s rights, to create harmful or abusive content, to interfere with the service or its security, or to access it by automated means we have not allowed.

8. Our responsibility

We provide Datorium.AI with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by using generated materials without reviewing them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the service does not conform to the contract.

9. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Datorium.AI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

10. Changes to Datorium.AI and these terms

We may change, add or remove features of Datorium.AI and update these terms. A change to your disadvantage takes effect only after we have told you, by email or in the product, and you can cancel your subscription before then. Other changes take effect when we publish them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia, and disputes go to the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
